Initial Assessment

This 45 minute full body assessment will give your Sports Therapist a greater understanding of your injury or pain related condition. Your therapist will use this time to assess your current range of movement and mobility. Book today to start your pain management or injury rehab recovery.

Injury/Pain Management Treatment

Book an injury rehab or pain management treatment after you have seen our sports therapists for an initial assessment. This is likely to include  a regular sport massage, a home exercise program and 1:1 private consultations with our awarding winning sports therapists.

Sports Massage

Your sports massage treatment will assist in the prevention of injuries, prepare the body for sporting activity, maintaining optimum condition. Helping athletes recover from injury, sports massage encourages the removal of toxins within the muscles and reduces recovery times between sessions. Your sports massage treatment  will ultimately increase your flexibility and reduce muscle tension. Sports massage is the ideal proactive treatment for any sports-person.

Deep Tissue Massage

Your Deep Tissue Massage applies pressure on concentrated areas, working the fibres of muscles and tendons. A Deep Tissue Massage uses slow and firm strokes. This will aid in the increase of flexibility within the muscle and around the joints of the body allowing you to feel freer whilst performing everyday activities.
